Uboss Portal Feature Request of the Quarter Winners Announced

Every sales quarter we reward our partners that make requests for new features or changes to the Uboss portal. These requests are a highly responsible for the success of the Uboss portal and the services we deliver through the VanillaIP portfolio. 

There was a large variety of feature requests and here are the winners from the second quarter of 2024!

 

Sam Brooker – DuoCall Communications Limited

Twice in a row winner, Sam, has suggested that we utilise a text to speech engine to generate greetings directly within Uboss that can be added to the announcement repositry within a business. A great idea to help streamline and simplify announcement generation without needing to separately record and upload to Uboss.

 

 

Neil Wilson – Zen Internet Limited

Yet another previous winer with a great request. Neil has suggest that as useful as it is to be able to define a date and time that the call forwarding always service can be disabled, it would be even better if there was an option to define a date and time as to when the service can be enabled. This will allow users to identify ahead of time when they will be unable to take calls and set this up in the Uboss portal.

 

 

Thanks to Sam and Neil for the winning entries, and thanks to anyone that has submitted a feature request since the start of the year.  Keep the ideas coming everyone and any request submitted between July and September 2024 is in with a chance of winning next time.
